HOW DO I RETURN AN ONLINE ORDER?
To initiate a return, please email concierge@calexico.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return. Once approved via return email, the item must be received by Calexico within 7 days. Make sure to fill out the returns form you received with your original order, and attach the returns sticker to the front of your parcel. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund (money will be deposited back into your account within 5 business days). To return your online order in store, please come visit our Brisbane location with your item/s (unworn with tags still attached), proof of purchase and the card you purchased the item with.
EXCHANGES: If you would like to exchange your order, please email concierge@calexico.com.au within 14 days of receiving your item/s with your order number and description of the item/s you would like to exchange. Once approved via return email, the item must be sent within 7 days of acceptance. We will send your exchange as soon as we receive your return.
